"I've always worked out on a regular basis but after I injured my lower back I realised that I would need help taking it to the next level. I approached Omid for some personal training sessions and I am so glad I did! The sessions are tough but he is a great motivator. He also took extra care in the beginning due to my back injury as a result of all our hard work my body is far more toned than it has ever been before and I have not seen a Physio in all the time I have been training with him.

Its not just the actual sessions themselves, but this added enthusiasm has led me to further improve my diet and to encourage me to train harder during those other sessions when I train on my own. Don't get me wrong he is a hard taskmaster....but I am not complaining as my body fat has come down by almost 10% and I have lost weight and kept it off! No two sessions are the same, and he always pushes me to my limits, I notice improvements nearly every session and he always keeps me motivated to keep improving myself. "

I can’t tell you the amount of times I went to the gym and looked at personal trainers and said I must get one.  However, there was always that nagging suspicion in the back of mind saying “Are they worth it”.

Well, what I can tell you is Omid is. If it’s results you want and are willing to work hard to get them, he is the right man for you. Whether, like me, you want muscle building, or fat reduction , or toning – he can do it. I’ve seen results on myself, and people have commented. I’ve also seen results on others he trains - people working hard, but smiling because of the visible progress.

I’ve now been with Omid for over a year at fairly regular (I travel a lot) intervals and he never looses sight of your goal. He’s reliable, committed and personable.

All things said, I would recommend Omid to my very closest family or friends. And that says a lot.
